Back in Your jeans!

Strength shows up in so many ways, and we’re celebrating all of them during our #denimgoals Back in Your Jeans challenge. From Monday 2 November for 6 weeks, we’ll come back together as a community for movement and connection—because together, we can be strong and get our bodies and minds back on track! Not to mention slip effortlessly back into our fave denim.

Simply sign up for the Back in Your Jeans Challenge for just $10 via Mind Body (click HERE), book and attend your studio classes with a casual pass or membership, and you’re all set to go! Read on to learn more about the challenge—and get ready to celebrate your inherent strength and the strength of our community.


Track And Share Your Progress
We’ve made it simple to track and share your daily progress throughout the challenge with a Challenge Reward Card. Just get your card stamped by your instructor after class and watch your denim rewards grow.  We'll reward you with a discount on a new pair of jeans for every 5 stamps (earn up to $60!). Share in your Instagram stories with the tags @barresociety #denimgoals and we'll give you an extra stamp (max 2 per challenge participant) — we’d love to see your progress! To help you accelerate your results we're giving you a #denimgoals Nutrition Guide and Meal plan so it's virtually impossible not to slide back into your fave jeans.


Work Out With Us In Studio
From Monday 2 November we'll be supercharging our studio classes with all our signature moves to engage your teeny tiny accessory muscles and stripping bulk from your body, pulling everything in so you're smaller and leaner in the areas that matter most in your jeans - hips, glutes and core. We're going ALL IN to get you to your # denimgoals. Each workout will challenge you physically with heart-pumping moves and muscle-burning holds, and the instructors’ cues will help build your mental strength. Stay accountable and create new habits
How do we create new healthy habits? Show up every day and stay accountable. At the start of the challenge you'll get to reaffirm your goals to yourself by completing your challenge Commitment Card. We're big believers that when you write down your goals you're more likely to stick to them.
