Reformer Studio Room

  • Reformer Pilates with expert coaching. This isn't a group class where you're left to figure it out—our coaches guide your form and progression. Build real strength from your core out while fixing your posture. Start with Align 1 if you're new. Progress to Align 2 when you're ready (after 30+ classes). You won't plateau here.

  • Reformer Pilates specifically for women 50+. Your doctor told you to build bone density. This is how. Controlled, low-impact movement that strengthens bones, improves balance, and keeps you independent. You're not 'too old' for this—you're exactly the right age. This class meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

MAT ROOM STUDIO

  • Cardio that won't destroy your knees. This dance-hybrid class gets your heart rate up without the joint impact you're worried about. You'll burn serious calories while actually having fun. No treadmill. No boring. Just rhythm-based movement that makes you forget you're working out—until you see the results.

  • Ballet barre meets Pilates precision. Small movements that burn like crazy and sculpt lean muscle without bulk. You'll unlock flexibility you thought you lost years ago. This is controlled, intentional work—not random reps. Hard? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. Your posture alone will make people ask what you're doing differently.

  • Real resistance training. Dumbbells, bands, bodyweight—no complicated machines to figure out. This is how you build the muscle that keeps your metabolism high and your body functional. You're not here to get bulky (you won't). You're here to get strong enough to carry groceries, pick up grandkids, and live without limitation. That's what this does.

  • Mat Pilates without the intimidation. No reformer to figure out, just you and your mat. Strengthen your core, improve your flexibility, and build body awareness. Perfect if you're new to Pilates or you just prefer mat work. This is foundational strength work that translates to everything else you do. Simple doesn't mean easy—it means effective.

  • Mat Pilates and barre for women 50+. Preserve the muscle you have. Protect the joints that matter. Keep your independence for the next 30 years.   • Postnatal Pilates and barre for new mums. Your pelvic floor matters more than your six-pack right now.
